Multi-Unit Owner Opens 3rd Location in Grand Rapids

Congratulations to Libby McDonald on her newest Tropical Smoothie Cafe location! With prior experience as a restaurant business consultant, Libby was intrigued by the better-for-you menu and simple business model that Tropical Smoothie Cafe brings to the table for its Franchise Owners. Wanting to get in on the action, she joined the TSC family in 2012 with a Cafe in Grand Rapids and quickly expanded her portfolio with the addition of another Grand Rapids Cafe in 2014. Now, with a third Cafe to her name in the Grand Rapids area, Libby can’t imagine her life without Team TSC! Congratulations!
