So, my background is a little bit different than some of the other franchisees out there. Um, I spent five years in the Army. I went to West Point for Undergrad and um, that experience has helped me tremendously in owning and operating the business that I, I, I currently own. Um, you know being in the Army you’re with soldiers everyday um, and I actually look at my restaurants very similarly to my experience in the Army in the sense that you know, I want my employees to show up on time, in uniform with a good attitude. They need to work together like a team. They need to keep the café clean. Um, and all of those things are very similar to my experience in the Army.
